Early to Rise, Early to Exercise!
The most important element of exercising is, of course, doing it. Work out, you feel better physically and mentally. Thing is, though, not everyone has the time or energy to work out first thing in the morning. Depending on your schedule, there may simply not be enough time to get a workout before you have to leave for work in the morning, or at least not a good one. It’s a mildly cruel twist of fate, then, that the early risers among us actually get better workouts at the crack of dawn, according to a particular study.
