Having toned arms is a gift. Many struggle to tone their arms in the gym by targeting the wrong muscles. Here are some exercises that target the arm muscles and can help you tone your arms.

Triceps Dips

Triceps dips are a great exercise to target the back of your arms, where many people tend to hold onto extra fat. To do triceps dips, sit on the edge of a bench or chair with your hands on the edge, fingers pointing forward.

Walk your feet out a few steps before you, then lower your body towards the ground, keeping your elbows close to your sides. Push yourself back up to the starting position and repeat for 10-15 reps.

Bicep Curls

Bicep curls are a classic arm exercise that can help tone and sculpt your arms. To do bicep curls, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing up.

Keep your elbows close to your sides and curl the weights towards your shoulders, squeezing your biceps at the top. Lower the weights back down and repeat for 10-15 reps.

Push-Ups

Push Ups are a full-body exercise that can help you build strength and tone your arms. To do push-ups, start in a plank position with your hands shoulder-width apart and your body in a straight line.

Lower your body towards the ground by bending your elbows, keeping them close to your sides. Push yourself back up to the starting position and repeat for 10-15 reps.

Mix and match different arm exercises to find what works best for you. With consistency and dedication, you can achieve your toned arms and feel more confident in your skin.
